Delete your Kitty Crossing data

Kitty Crossing has no accounts of its own and no server of its own, so there is no account of ours to delete. You can delete the data with these steps or write to us. Parents and guardians can ask on behalf of a child.

On the phone (best score, fish, cats, cards, settings)

Uninstall the game, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Kitty Crossing → Storage → Clear data. All progress saved on the phone is deleted.

In Google Play Games (only if connected)

Open the Google Play Games app → profile → Settings, and delete the Kitty Crossing data or the player profile. You can also review it at myaccount.google.com. If it is not deleted, the copy stays in the account and the game recovers it when reconnecting.

Statistics and crash reports (only if turned on)

Turn STATISTICS off in the game's settings: collection stops, pending reports are deleted and the identifier is reset. To delete what was already sent, write to us.

Ads do not use the advertising ID and are not personalized. Whatever Google processes to deliver them is governed by policies.google.com/privacy.

Android backup

Manage it at myaccount.google.com or in Android Settings → Google → Backup.

Purchases

Purchase history belongs to the Google account and is managed in Google Play. It may have to be kept for legal reasons.

Write to heystudioscolombia@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Kitty Crossing data". If you write to us, we will also delete your email up to 12 months after resolving your request, unless the law requires longer.
