Kitty Crossing Terms of Use
Last updated: October 30, 2026
By downloading or playing Kitty Crossing you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. Who we are
Kitty Crossing is a game published by the studio After Signal (Google Play developer account: “Hey Studios”), from Colombia. Contact: heystudioscolombia@gmail.com.
2. Age
Kitty Crossing is for all ages, including children under 13. If you are a minor, use the game with the knowledge of a parent or guardian and ask their permission before making purchases. Parents and guardians are responsible for what is bought from the accounts they control; they can require their approval in Google Play and with Family Link. How we handle children's data is in the Privacy Policy.
3. License
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the game on your devices, for your entertainment and not for commercial purposes. The game, its art, sounds, texts and brand belong to After Signal or its licensors. You may not copy, sell or use them outside the game without permission, except as the law allows.
4. Acceptable use
You may not modify the game or its save to obtain fish, achievements or scores you did not earn by playing, use bots or cheats, interfere with ads, purchases or third-party services, or use the game illegally. If you do, we may limit your access (for example, remove you from the leaderboard), as far as the law allows.
5. Fish and in-game items
Fish, cats and cards are virtual in-game items: they have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person. Your save is on your phone and, if you use Google Play Games, may also be in your Google account. If you uninstall the game or clear its data without that copy, your fish and what you unlocked with them are lost. The “no ads” pack can be restored with the same Google Play account you bought it with.
6. Purchases
Purchases are optional and made with real money through Google Play, which processes the payment; the game never sees your payment details. Prices, taxes and currency are shown by Google Play before you pay. Refunds and withdrawal are governed by Google Play's policies and your country's consumer law. What you get in each pack is shown before you buy and does not depend on chance.
7. Ads
Kitty Crossing is free and funded in part by non-personalized ads, selected and shown by Google AdMob with its settings for children's audiences. Some are optional (in exchange for fish) and others appear between runs. How data is handled is in the Privacy Policy. If you see an inappropriate ad, write to us. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Third-party services
The game uses Google services (Google Play and AdMob; Play Games and Firebase only if turned on), which have their own terms. If one of them stops being available, some features may stop working.
9. Availability and changes
We offer the game “as is”. It may have bugs, interruptions or changes (cards, economy, features, prices). We may update it or stop offering it.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, After Signal is not liable for indirect damages or losses such as losing your save when uninstalling or changing phones, or for failures of the store or third-party services. Nothing here limits the rights your country's consumer law gives you or any liability that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change them. The current version will be published here with its date and, if the change is important, we will let you know in the game.
